We don’t just give students an education and experiences that set them up for success in a career. We help them succeed in their career – to discover a medical field they’re passionate about and dare to lead it.
Fins Medical University is the first Medical University in Africa started in 2010 as a Nurses and Midwifery Training College, the institution was licensed by the Ministry of Education. In 2018, after due consideration with the support from other professional bodies for example Uganda Nurses and Midwifery council and other Government departments, the University was granted a license.
The major emphasis is on developing health programs that are geared towards solving health challenges in our communities. In an attempt to achieve our target, the university has attracted and recruited quality staff, set up standard laboratories and fully equipped Library. These are to help us train quality health workers in all fields and conduct research so as to find solutions for the health challenges in Africa.
Remember, you don’t have to do it alone.
